April Fitness Challenge - Get Ready to Sweat!



ARE YOU READY TO SWEAT?

Our April fitness challenge is our best challenge yet, especially if you are ready to sweat! You will have THREE exercises every day (besides rest days every Sunday).  You will do each exercise for one minute and do as many reps as you can during the one minute.  You will rest for one to two minutes between each exercise. Keep track of your reps and each week you'll have the chance to beat your previous score for each exercise.   Your goal is INTENSITY.  Do your best every time and see if you can improve your scores throughout the month!

We will have a printable calendar and Excel sheet where you can keep track of your scores each day.  Here are the exercises you'll be doing:

Mondays= Plank-to-Pushups, Alternate lunge jumps, burpees

Tuesday= mountain climbers, skater hops, tricep dips

Wednesday=donkey kicks, push-ups, jumping jacks

Thursday= flutter kicks, frog jumps, Prisoner squats

Friday=Plank hold as long as you can, Side Planks as long as you can, high knee T's
