March Nutrition Challenge


I believe in baby steps, so let's start here. These are the first few steps to a healthier you. If you are already doing these things, email me and we will customize your steps. 

1.  Start taking a multivitamin every day (wholefood based is best).  

2.  Implement fish oils into your diet everyday. I can't even begin to tell you the benefits of fish oil. Not all created equal, so I will write a post in the next day or two on fish oil.

3. Drink 12 cups or more of water everyday.  If you are not hydrated, then you are probably hurting.  

Your challenge is to implement at least two of your new habits everyday this month. At the end of the day, post below to let us know how awesome you are!!! At the end of the month, I will draw two names and they will receive a month of free coaching: a custom workout plan and more in depth nutrition coaching. Developing the nutrition habits will be game changing and life changing if you can stick to it... and you will!!!! 

Side note: If you miss a day, don't beat yourself up! Try again tomorrow! You're all rock stars!
